Goddess.com is has existed since 1995.

The purpose of this site has been to create
an online community that is dedicated to the Divine Feminine, the Great Mother of Heaven who dwells in the human psyche.

Goddess (we prefer not to use the definite article "the") existed long before God. The earliest
evidence of human esoteric thought is expressed in female statuary. The "God Force" dates to 3,500 BC. The "Goddess Force" dates to 30,000 BC, which is why some who follow the Lady's Light are fond of saying

"My Goddess gave birth to your God."

Goddess traces her name sake to the earliest civilizations, and can be found in the ancient Western cultures of Mesopotamia and the Mediterranean. She predates the Judeo-Christian-Islamic God by over 2,000 years, and was worshiped throughout the Near and Middle east.

One of the most known and revered Goddess figures was Isis, the Egyptian Mother Goddess whose worship was expressed throughout the early Western world. Even though Moses, and later Christ and Muhammad, were the founders of the religions which supplanted Goddess cultures, Isis herself did not fade until the focus of the Divine Feminine shifted away from her to Mary, the virgin mother of Jesus.

Goddess remains as much a part of us as does God, for one cannot exist without the other. In today's world, many movements have resurrected our love for the Divine Feminine, and many more will continue to revere Her and hold Her dear.

Goddess.com is not about any particular Feminine faith, nor is is exclusively feminine in nature. Goddess.com is a community for those who identify with the  Divine Feminine and wish to express themselves as such.

Goddess.com dedicated to all who adore the Divine Feminine, and seek to promote Her ancient wisdom. It is a resource for all who live in the Lady's Light, and wish to see it shine throughout the world.
